    I recently picked up a new pair of running shoes from this shop, and let me tell you, I am pretty bummed about the return process. Their sales are great, and their stuff is top-notch quality, but dealing with their return policy is a real pain. I sent back a pair of shoes and it took a whole month for them to give me my refund, even though their website said it would be much quicker. It's definitely souring my experience, even though their shipping is speedy and I'm usually happy with what I get. It's just frustrating that swaps and refunds are such a hassle here, especially when most other online stores are way faster with their refunds.

    Missing items in orders

    I just wanted to let you know that I've been having some trouble with my orders lately. Seems like there's been a few items missing each time I get a delivery. I reached out to the customer service folks and they told me there's some sort of glitch in the system that's causing the problem. They promised me a refund, but the same thing kept happening with my other orders. It's pretty annoying to have to keep checking in and waiting for things to get sorted out. I still haven't gotten a full refund for those missing items.

    Running shoes refund delay

    I just bought a pair of running shoes from this company and ended up having to return them. It's been over 3.5 weeks now and I still haven't got my refund. I reached out to customer service through their website chat and they told me there were some technical problems processing refunds which has caused a big delay. They couldn't give me a clear answer on when I can expect my money back, which is really annoying especially coming from such a big and well-known company. They did say they were working on fixing the problem, but it's been 5 days since then and I haven't heard anything new.

    Running shoes purchased online

    I just bought some new running shoes online and it's been a bit of a bummer dealing with the customer service. The ordering part was easy, they took my payment right away. But now, a week later, my shoes still haven't been shipped and trying to get help from customer service has been a headache. They're hardly available and hardly get back to me through messages or emails. It's been so frustrating and disappointing. I don't think I'd want to buy from them online again.

    The website's info is all out of date and sketchy. I tried to buy some shoes, but I got an email saying they couldn't fulfil my order since they're out of stock. The thing is, those exact shoes, same color and size, are still up for grabs on the site. It's so annoying to see this mix-up, makes me question if I can trust this brand.
