My experience with the product and service provided by the company was really disappointing. The product I got didn't work properly and when I asked for a refund, they just wanted to give me a replacement instead. It was so annoying and made me wonder about the quality of their products. Also, the smart features of the product were not very impressive because they were inaccurate, not very clear, and didn't provide much useful information. On top of that, I was worried about the environmental impact of the product since it required me to throw away batteries every few months. Overall, I didn't think my experience with this company was good and I don't think it's worth the money. I suggest looking at other options that offer better performance and service.
