Custom piece and another item
I just bought a custom piece and another item from this online store in August. I wasn't in a hurry to get them, so I waited patiently. By the start of October, I still hadn't gotten my order, so I contacted customer service for an update. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and gave me tracking details within a few hours. Even though it took a while, the items finally showed up, and I was really impressed with the quality. They were nicely made and looked just like they did on the website. I'll definitely be buying from this store again in the future.

Kyoto day tour booking
Just got back from a day trip to Kyoto that I booked online, and man, it was a disaster. Our tour guide barely spoke English, which was weird because most of us on the bus were from out of town. We were rushed through everything and didn't really get to take in the sights. Plus, the guide didn't even get their facts straight, so everyone was confused. All in all, it was not a great time.

Rare first edition book

I've had to leave bad reviews on different sites, starting with Amazon. It's not right for Nixplay to blame Fuji and not own up to their errors.

I got this projector, eh? But it wasn't working properly. The on button lights up, sure, but most of the time the screen stays dark. And when it does work, a black circle appears and takes over the whole screen. I tried emailing them, eh? But they didn't help until I mentioned the owner's name, eh?

I bought a yogurt cake from a nearby store the other day and man, was I ever let down by how it turned out. When I was making the cake, I smelt something weird coming from the melted butter, but I shrugged it off. After letting the cake chill for a couple of hours, I cut into it and the bottom biscuit layer was just awful – it tasted terrible and had this gross smell that made me feel sick. The whole thing was a major letdown, especially since it wasn't cheap.
