Flight booking experience with Vueling
My recent experience booking a flight with an airline was actually pretty good, eh. I had heard some mixed reviews about them, but I decided to take a chance and booked a flight from Barcelona to Banjul, Gambia. After doing some research on the company, I ended up reserving a front-row seat for some extra comfort during the long trip. I also made sure to keep a close eye on the flight schedule, and I was happy to see that all the previous flights had been on time. It made me feel more confident about my decision, especially since I had heard some complaints about the airline being late. In the end, I was happy with how everything went and the service I received.
Online check-in, smooth flight
I was totally freaked out about flying, especially after reading what everyone else had to say. But wow, my flight was actually amazing! We checked in online, zipped through security, and then just chilled until our flight time. Boarding was a breeze because I chose our seats online and paid a little extra to sit together (totally worth it, people need to relax about spending more sometimes!). The crew was friendly, and the flight was super smooth. We landed right on schedule. No complaints from me - hoping our return trip is just as awesome! So, if you're scared of flying like I am, no need to stress - it was all good!

My experience with this airline was pretty good overall. Booking was easy, check-in was quick, and the flight was comfy. But one thing that bugged me was the constant music playing during boarding, taxi, takeoff, and landing. It was super irritating and made it hard to chill and read. Hey there, so I bought my ticket and hopped on the plane all excited for a super fun trip, right? WRONG! Guess what happened! My luggage went missing like it was playing hide and seek! It's been days and I still haven't found it. And let me tell you about the people at the airport who give you the wrong information about when you can call for help. Like, what even is that?
So, I got this letter saying "Contact us anytime!" and a phone number to call. Getting through to speak to someone is like trying to win a marathon while wearing flip flops. It's THAT hard!
Seems like I'm not the only one who thinks you guys are clueless. The bad reviews are all over the place! I doubt I'll ever see my suitcase again.
Word of advice - maybe work on your customer service skills? Just a suggestion.

I had a really bad situation where my luggage went missing during a flight. The airline hasn't been very helpful or nice, they haven't replied to my emails for weeks. They also can't make up their minds, sometimes they respond in Spanish and other times in English. It's been really stressful dealing with them and I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone.

I ended up losing money because of this, so I would recommend that no one uses hold luggage with them if they want to either use it or get compensated for any losses, you know?

The staff on the ground were so slow and rude, not to mention terrible at communicating, eh. It stressed me out big time. Honestly, the whole thing was super annoying and made me really frustrated.
