Online check-in experience
I checked in online for my flight the other day and was kinda bummed to see there were no free seats left. I thought it was a terrible feature that didn't really put the customer first. It felt like they were just trying to make more money in a sneaky way. Other than that, the service was pretty good though.
Lost luggage, terrible customer service
Hey there, so I bought my ticket and hopped on the plane all excited for a super fun trip, right? WRONG! Guess what happened! My luggage went missing like it was playing hide and seek! It's been days and I still haven't found it. And let me tell you about the people at the airport who give you the wrong information about when you can call for help. Like, what even is that?
So, I got this letter saying "Contact us anytime!" and a phone number to call. Getting through to speak to someone is like trying to win a marathon while wearing flip flops. It's THAT hard!
Seems like I'm not the only one who thinks you guys are clueless. The bad reviews are all over the place! I doubt I'll ever see my suitcase again.
Word of advice - maybe work on your customer service skills? Just a suggestion.

I had a really bad situation where my luggage went missing during a flight. The airline hasn't been very helpful or nice, they haven't replied to my emails for weeks. They also can't make up their minds, sometimes they respond in Spanish and other times in English. It's been really stressful dealing with them and I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone.

I recently booked a flight with this airline and it was just awful. After doing some research on the company, I ended up reserving a front-row seat for some extra comfort during the long trip. I also made sure to keep a close eye on the flight schedule, and I was happy to see that all the previous flights had been on time. It made me feel more confident about my decision, especially since I had heard some complaints about the airline being late. In the end, I was happy with how everything went and the service I received.

I was denied boarding even though I had all the right documents. I couldn't reach anyone for help and couldn't speak to a real person on the phone. I'm really upset about the terrible customer service and annoyed by the airline's lack of responsibility. I wish they would just go out of business.
My bag was too big and I had to pay a lot extra for it!
So, like, I had this bag that I thought would totally fit in the cabin, but then I had to pay like €120 because it was too big. I saw other people with even bigger bags getting away with it, so not fair at all! Everything was all good when I left Canada, but on the way back, the staff were so rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, don't even waste your time with this airline, just steer clear!
