I had a really bad situation where my luggage went missing during a flight. The airline hasn't been very helpful or nice, they haven't replied to my emails for weeks. They also can't make up their minds, sometimes they respond in Spanish and other times in English. It's been really stressful dealing with them and I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone.

I just signed up for Priority Pass and checked out an airport lounge for the first time. It was absolutely incredible! I don't think I can travel without lounge access now.
