    Lost luggage, unfair compensation

    They lost my luggage for three days on a 1 hour connecting flight with them, eh? They were delayed and when I claimed for the basics, they only offered me 30% of the value. There was no way to talk about or dispute the offer for the rest, whether through the chat bot or customer service. I ended up losing money because of this, so I would recommend that no one uses hold luggage with them if they want to either use it or get compensated for any losses, you know?
