    I've been really happy with my purchases from this online store. Even though I've seen some bad reviews, my own experience has been great. I've been shopping here for over a year now and I haven't had any issues with the products, shipping, or customer service. Every package I receive is carefully packed to make sure everything arrives in perfect condition.<br><br>One of my favorite things to buy from this store is Keto products, especially the Carboonaut items. Every time I get a shipment of Carboonaut products, I'm impressed by how fresh they are and how well they're packaged.     Sorry to say, but my experience with this online market was pretty disappointing. My order took forever to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't what I was hoping for. So, I tried to return it, and guess what? They charged me too much with no good reason. The customer service just made things worse – they were no help at all and pretty rude about it. It left me feeling really frustrated and like they were just trying to take advantage of me as a customer.

    Short best before date policy

    I just wanted to warn you all about the short best before date rule on this website. I bought some stuff not long ago and was pretty bummed out to see that they wouldn't last long. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't much help at all. All they said was that their policy only promises a 30-day best before date and that the products were still good even if they were almost expired. That response didn't really ease my worries or give me a good solution.

    OMG, I can't even believe this place! I ordered some snacks online and when they arrived, they were all squished up. My chips are usually smooshed, but this time I got pops, and they were all dented up. One even had a hole in it and the box was all wet. Then when I contacted customer service, they wanted pictures of each damaged snack! Like, seriously? Who has time to take photos of every little thing that's messed up? They even said the cookies could be fine in the flat box...like, what?! So annoying, never ordering from here again.

    I just ordered from Natura Market and got a bunch of expired stuff that's gonna go bad in a week or two. I talked to customer service about it and they told me they'd hook me up with better service if I changed my online review. I've been shopping at Natura since June 2020, but they straight up said they won't help me or my fam anymore if I don't leave a fake review. That's not cool – I'm not gonna lie just to get special treatment. Integrity is important to me, and I won't support a company that doesn't appreciate honesty.

    Damaged food items

    Received my order from Natura Market and, oh no, some of it arrived damaged. The liquid flavor packs in the prepackaged noodles had exploded, ruining them completely. I contacted customer service and sent photos of the damage, but they said I had to send back the actual product to get a refund or store credit. That just doesn't work, especially with food that can't be shipped back. Natura Market really needs to step up and take responsibility for the quality of their products and how they arrive.

    6 bottles of Lavender Bartender style Syrup

    I ordered 6 bottles of the Lavender Bartender style Syrup, eh? But when I got them, I noticed they all expire in October 2023 - not sure if that's the year or the day. That's way too much to use up in a short timeframe, especially since it's sweetened artificially. Customer service wasn't much help, they just said to use it after the expiry date. They should have at least let customers know about the short expiry before buying such a big batch, eh.

    Even though they had awesome stuff at decent prices, the whole experience was soured by really terrible customer service. The thing that got to me the most was the fact that there was no customer service phone line to talk to in case of any problems. It felt like a complete waste of time trying to sort anything out because there was no one to talk to. It's really discouraging when a company doesn't show they care or take the time to listen to their customers. Simple customer service stuff, and unfortunately, they dropped the ball on that one.

    Leaky cleaners ruining my food

    The customer service at this place is a real nightmare, eh? I ordered some food and liquid cleaners, but when my package arrived, the box was all wet and the food was ruined from the leaked cleaners. I sent them photos and asked for a replacement, but they said I'd have to ship back all the damaged stuff for proof. No way, I'm not putting up with this again.

    So, eh, I ordered this coffee creamer online and when it arrived, it wasn't frozen, but legit solid like playdough! Like, seriously, what the heck! There's no way I can stir that into my coffee! I even sent them some pics and they were just like, "You gotta send it back before we give you a refund." Like, excuse me? Why should I have to deal with all that hassle when they sent me a nasty product to begin with? And then, they didn't even bother to reply to my email when I told them how ticked off I was. Not cool, eh!
