Subscription cancellation issue
The customer service at this company is just terrible. I had so many problems trying to reach them on their messed up website, and when I finally did, all I got were these canned, unhelpful responses. It really bothered me how they didn't seem to care about my situation as a loyal customer dealing with subscription issues. They basically just ignored me and gave me useless answers. It was a letdown and I left feeling really frustrated.

Great products, disappointing customer service
Even though they had awesome stuff at decent prices, the whole experience was soured by really terrible customer service. The thing that got to me the most was the fact that there was no customer service phone line to talk to in case of any problems. It felt like a complete waste of time trying to sort anything out because there was no one to talk to. It's really discouraging when a company doesn't show they care or take the time to listen to their customers. Simple customer service stuff, and unfortunately, they dropped the ball on that one.
