I bought a Yatesy Long Parka from the store, eh, and I'm super let down by the quality, eh. The stitching on the coat is coming undone, and it's leaking down after a professional cleaning and careful storage, eh. I reached out to customer service and they said it's just "wear and tear," even though I sent detailed descriptions and lots of pictures proving otherwise, eh. They want me to pay for the repair and shipping all the way from Denmark to Canada, which just isn't right for a product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, eh. I'm really disappointed with how they handled things and how they didn't take any responsibility, eh. I really wouldn't recommend shopping at this store since they don't back up their products or promises, eh.

I've been shopping at Natura Market for years because they have a great selection of healthy products. But I recently had a really disappointing experience with their customer service.
