I just bought a parka jacket from that store, and, honestly, I was so disappointed with the quality. The stitching was falling apart, the fake fur on the hood was shedding all over the place, and the jacket itself was just not well put together. I feel bad for anyone else who went through the same thing, but I can't suggest this brand at all after what I went through.

This company is a total joke. I bought this super heavy coat from them and it ended up being way too much for me to deal with. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't take it back since I had taken off the tags. And then, when I tried to sell it on Poshmark, they had the guts to threaten me with legal action. Like, really? Come on, Nobis. I'm never going to support them again.

I bought a Yatesy Long Parka from the store, eh, and I'm super let down by the quality, eh. The stitching on the coat is coming undone, and it's leaking down after a professional cleaning and careful storage, eh. I reached out to customer service and they said it's just "wear and tear," even though I sent detailed descriptions and lots of pictures proving otherwise, eh. They want me to pay for the repair and shipping all the way from Denmark to Canada, which just isn't right for a product with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, eh. I'm really disappointed with how they handled things and how they didn't take any responsibility, eh. I really wouldn't recommend shopping at this store since they don't back up their products or promises, eh.

I sent an email with a question and didn't get a response for more than two weeks. Also, I wrote a review on their site, but they didn't post it because it wasn't a perfect five-star review. The jacket itself is okay, but I think it's too expensive. When I got the jacket, I saw a thread that was 3 inches long hanging from it. That worried me because I think if you're paying a lot for something, it should be perfect. All in all, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and making sure customers are happy with this store.

The jeans I bought were way too expensive and the quality was just awful. Plus, the customer service was terrible, with unhelpful staff who didn't even seem to care about my issues. I would definitely suggest steering clear of this company and going for a more trusted brand instead.

These coats are amazing for keeping you warm. You can't beat the quality and the customer service is outstanding. I've never felt so cozy and comfortable in a coat. Definitely worth every penny.
