Dash cam footage incident
Hey there,
I just wanted to share with you a not-so-great experience I had with one of your drivers recently. So, I was walking on this narrow countryside road, minding my own business, when this driver comes zooming by at crazy speeds. I had to stick out my leg just to try to get him to slow down because my hands were full trying to protect my dogs from the passing cars.
But instead of being understanding, this driver slams on the brakes, skids past me, and then has to back up at least 5 meters on an uphill slope. Throughout all of this, he was hurling insults at me and insisted he was only going 35mph, which was totally not true. It was pretty clear he didn't care about slowing down or sharing the road with others.
My main concern was the safety of myself and my furry companions, and this driver's aggressive behavior definitely put us in harm's way. I really hope your company can do something to teach your drivers to be more careful and considerate when it comes to sharing the road with pedestrians, especially in areas without sidewalks. SWIX pants purchase, price match policy disappointment
I recently bought a pair of SWIX pants thinking there was a price match policy at the store. But, not long after, I saw the same pants on sale for 19% off. I got excited, hoping to get a refund for the difference. Sadly, my excitement turned to disappointment when I found out I had to go back to the store in person to return and buy the pants again at the sale price. Software Upgrade
I recently bought an upgrade for my software from that company and had some issues when I tried to transfer it to a new PC. Even though I followed their instructions, the software didn't work on the new PC. After going back and forth with their customer support, I had to give them the receipt from when I bought the upgrade to make the new installation work. It makes me wonder - why didn't their system update their records properly? What if I didn't keep the receipt? It felt like they wanted me to buy the software again, which is worrying. So, my advice to others is to keep all receipts if you buy software from them.
