I gotta say, the leather motorcycle jacket I got from this store is top-notch. It feels so nice, like really good quality, and it looks so cool and practical. I'm super happy with my purchase and totally think this jacket is a great choice for anyone who wants something reliable and stylish.

I recently bought a leather jacket, gloves, and a helmet. Most of the stuff arrived in a week, which was pretty good. One of the items took 3 weeks, but that wasn't the store's fault as they shipped it quickly. Customer service was awesome and really helped me out. I'd suggest going with FedEX instead of regular delivery (PostNL) because PostNL is slow. Also, if you're ordering from Australia like me, it's better to split your orders to keep it under $1,000 to avoid import taxes. My orders were about $750-800 each and I didn't get hit with any import taxes.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and wanted to ask about how they handle shipping and returns. I sent them an email and got help right away. I've been buying from them for a long time now, and every time it's been great. I got the right size item quickly, even though it was sent to the USA.

So, I read this review by Alison Lane and I had the same issue with the size chart for the Dainese jackets! Like, why don't they provide different size charts on the order page, you know? Anyway, I ended up ordering the jacket and it was way too big, so I had to return it. But here's the kicker, I had to pay for the return shipping all the way to Germany because that's where it was shipped from! When I contacted the German sister company, they were actually really nice and allowed me to return it to Germany instead. But the folks at Chromeburner in the Netherlands were so rude, insisting that I send it back to them. Like, seriously, it came from Germany, why would I send it back to the Netherlands? I ended up waiting forever for my refund through PayPal, but thankfully PayPal recognized that it was Chromeburner's mistake and refunded me. So, big thanks to PayPal and biker-outfit Germany, they were super helpful. But Chromeburner Netherlands, not cool at all. They were so mean and I won't be buying from them again or recommending them to anyone. Ugh, so rude.

I bought a Bagster seat from this company recently and gotta say, I'm not happy with the whole thing. The seat itself cost £290 which is already kinda pricey, but the real kicker was the extra tax and duty fees that weren't made clear from the start. Ended up shelling out another £70 on top of the original price, it really made me feel like I got taken advantage of. If I had known about those extra costs beforehand, I definitely would have thought twice about buying it. The lack of upfront info left me feeling pretty disappointed, and I won't be going back to this company in the future.

And the price was amazing, even with the import duties. These boots are awesome - my second pair of Alpinestars J-6 boots, and they're just as good as my first pair.
