I recently bought the Knox Urbane pro MK3 and had a few questions about it. The customer service team at this store quickly answered all my questions through email. The delivery to my spot in New Zealand only took 6 days, which I thought was awesome. When it came to sizing, I usually wear a large, but according to Knox's size guide, I needed a medium. I went with the medium size as they suggested, and I'm happy to report that it fits just right. The quality of the Urbane MK3 is top-notch, especially on hot days, and it's been a great addition to my riding gear. I'm even getting used to wearing layers now, all thanks to this item. On the whole, I'm really happy with my purchase and the service from this store.

Sizing was perfect, the pants fit just right. Communication was top-notch, even better than some companies down in the States. I was a little worried about ordering from overseas, but it all went without a hitch. The price was fantastic, even with shipping included, I ended up saving some cash.
