Return Policy
I was pretty disappointed with my experience dealing with the return policy at Roxy, eh. I ended up having to shell out some cash for the return, which caught me by surprise and left me feeling frustrated. When I got in touch with their customer service for some help, they didn't really seem too keen on lending a hand to resolve the issue, ya know? This lack of empathy from the customer service crew has definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company, and I've made up my mind not to shop there again. It's super important for companies to make sure their customers are happy, and unfortunately, Roxy dropped the ball on that front, eh.

So I got this ring and it looked really nice online, but when I actually got it, it felt so cheap and kinda looked like plastic! I asked what it was made of and they didn't tell me anything! They claimed it was Rhodium, but I'm not buying it!

I just got some bras from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the choices they had.
