    Recently, I bought some stuff online and had to return a few items. But, man oh man, let me tell ya, it was a real hassle trying to figure out how to get the return process going all the way from Ireland. I kept getting redirected or running into tech issues whenever I tried to find the info I needed. After a bit of fiddling around, I finally realized that I had to have an account to get the return label. Customer service wasn't too bad - they got back to me pretty quick when I filled out the contact form. Still, ya know, it was pretty surprising how unclear everything was on the website.

    My recent shopping trip to the store was absolutely awesome, eh! They had such a great variety of stylish clothes, shoes, and accessories, and I was able to find exactly what I wanted, you know? The staff there were super friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even better. I felt like they really cared about me as a customer. Plus, the prices were fair and I felt like I got a lot of bang for my buck. All in all, it was a great time at the store and I'll definitely be going back there again, eh!

    A pair of sunglasses

    So I bought these sunglasses from this store and let me tell you, it took forever for them to arrive! I swear, I could have planted my own sunglasses tree in that amount of time, you know what I mean? And then, when I tried to send them back because they were too big for my face, they were all like "nope, sorry not sorry, no returns here". I mean, seriously? I even have proof that they received my return but still no refund! It's been ages since I've been waiting for my money back, like come on, I need my cash back ASAP!

    Swimwear purchase

    So, I bought some swimwear from this company. But dang it, my package went MIA. It took like six long weeks of emailing them over and over with no response before I finally got an email confirming that my package was lost. They said they'd refund me, but man, the customer service after the sale was a real letdown. It shouldn't have taken that long to sort out. Their swimwear is nice and all, but next time I'll shop somewhere that only charges me once my package actually arrives, not before.

    I was pretty disappointed with my experience dealing with the return policy at Roxy, eh. I ended up having to shell out some cash for the return, which caught me by surprise and left me feeling frustrated. When I got in touch with their customer service for some help, they didn't really seem too keen on lending a hand to resolve the issue, ya know? This lack of empathy from the customer service crew has definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company, and I've made up my mind not to shop there again. It's super important for companies to make sure their customers are happy, and unfortunately, Roxy dropped the ball on that front, eh.

    So, I totally messed up by entering this competition and now I'm seriously kicking myself for it. My inbox is just getting hammered with all these spam emails from this company on the daily. I've tried to unsubscribe more than once, but it's like they're dead set on bugging me. It's frustrating as heck having to wade through my spam folder and all I see is their dang emails clogging it up. I mean, really, don't they have anything better to do than bother folks who might become their customers?

    I had a frustrating experience with returning something at this company. I tried reaching out to them a bunch of times about getting my money back, but they totally ignored me. I even had to get my bank involved to help out. And even though I asked them to stop sending me emails, I still keep getting them, and some are even in French! I definitely don't recommend shopping here.

    Fake Roxy Website Experience in Dubai

    I recently had a pretty crappy experience with this bogus Roxy website out of Dubai. I thought I was ordering some stuff off of their site, but it turned out to be a total scam. These scammers took my credit card deets, sent me some fake product that wasn't even what I ordered, and when I tried to reach out to Roxy USA for help, they weren't much use. It was super annoying and ended up costing me a bunch of money. I really hope others don't fall into the same trap.

    I can't believe the terrible customer service I had with this company. I ordered online, paid for it, and never got my delivery. When I tried to reach out, there was no phone number, just a form on their website. I filled out multiple forms but only got vague responses about my issue being "investigated," with no real solution. It's awful how they treat customers. I definitely don't recommend using this company.

    I just wanted to share that I had a really frustrating experience with this store. I made a purchase a few weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but the website keeps crashing whenever I try. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order. I was really looking forward to getting my purchase, but now I'm not sure if I ever will. I wouldn't recommend shopping on this site if you want to actually get what you ordered.

    Refunded for only one of two swimsuits

    I just went back to that store to return a couple of swimsuits I bought, and when I got my refund, they only gave me back one! I don't know what happened to the other one; did they lose it or throw it out? It's so annoying that they didn't even explain. I've never had a problem like this with a company before. It's not right that they messed up my refund. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

    Wetsuits for wife and daughters

    The wetsuits I got for my wife and daughters from this company were really bad quality. I've been buying wetsuits for 30 years, and I've never seen such poor material. After buying three wetsuits, one of them actually ripped while my daughter was putting it on. I've been trying to sort this out with the company's warranty department for the last three months, but they're so incompetent and never communicate well. Honestly, this whole thing has been a letdown for me and my family.
