I just bought a fishing paddleboard and some gear for my son's birthday. Everything was on sale, but I had trouble adding an extra discount online. I contacted customer service and they were super nice and helpful. They helped me find a way to add the discount, which I really appreciated. My son is so happy with his new fishing gear!

So, I bought some swimwear from this company. But dang it, my package went MIA. It took like six long weeks of emailing them over and over with no response before I finally got an email confirming that my package was lost. They said they'd refund me, but man, the customer service after the sale was a real letdown. It shouldn't have taken that long to sort out. Their swimwear is nice and all, but next time I'll shop somewhere that only charges me once my package actually arrives, not before.

I gotta tell ya, the pajama set I bought from this store was top-notch quality. At first, I was a bit unsure 'cause the label said it was made of polyester, not silk. So, I decided to put it to the test - I burned a little piece of fabric, and turns out it really was silk! I was super impressed by how strong and real it felt. The only downside was after I washed it once, it kinda balled up a tiny bit. But, it was only noticeable on the dark parts of the fabric. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I'm already thinking of getting some pillowcases next!
