Second SUP bundle purchased
I just got my second stand-up paddleboard bundle and I was so happy with it, just like I was with my first one. But when I opened it up, I saw that one of the packages was damaged during shipping and the carbon fiber paddle had broken off. I got in touch with the Customer Experience Team right away and Shelby helped me out. We went back and forth a few times by email and they sent me a new paddle really quickly. The team was super efficient and professional, which I really appreciated. The customer service, product quality, and warranty from iRocker are all top-notch. They've definitely earned a recommendation from me.
Rental fleet purchase

Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard
My experience buying an Inflatable Stand-Up Paddleboard was awesome! The ordering process went really well, no problems at all. Customer service was amazing, especially when I had trouble with one of the clips on the backpack. Kyla from customer service helped me out quickly and fixed the issue without any trouble. The price was fair for the great product I got. Delivery was fast, and tracking made it easy to follow the shipment. Inflatable paddle board
I bought myself an inflatable paddle board not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how it performed overall. I took it out on the canal for a surf sesh and had a blast. Dealt with some pesky winds, but I was still able to cruise through the water with no problem. Unfortunately, the leash broke on my first outing, which was a bummer. Good thing I had a spare one with me so I could keep shredding on the water. All in all, happy with the board, but the leash could definitely be better quality.
Bought a paddleboard
So, I was really pumped to try out my new paddleboard, but I hit a snag when I discovered a part that wasn't working right. My paddleboard sprung a leak and I was so bummed out. But then, the lady from customer service got in touch with me in just a day and now I'm getting a brand new one! They are amazing and I'm really grateful for their assistance. I'm looking forward to hitting the water again for some paddleboarding soon!
Awesome new paddle board
So I bought this really awesome paddle board and let me tell you, it's amazing! I had so much fun using it on the water, I felt like a pro out there. The only issue was trying to pack it back into the bag, it was a bit tricky and there was a little gap in one of the parts. No big deal though, I'll just check out a video on how to pack it better next time. The performance on the water was outstanding though, even with really strong winds and high waves, I was still able to stay on top!

Board warranty process
I had to get my board replaced under warranty because it had a seam leak. The process was easy, but I was bummed by how wasteful it was. I had to cut 6 inches off the bottom, take a photo, then throw it away. It bothers me that the material is just going to a landfill instead of being recycled or repurposed. It's not the best for the environment, that's for sure.

Stand up paddle board
The shipping was crazy fast, hey? Inflating the board was so easy, hey? I love how simple it was to set up. The only downside was when the foam on top got dinged way too easily. I blew up the board and a tiny rock messed it up. It's just surface-level damage but kind of a bummer, you know? I would definitely buy it again, though!
Nautical 10’6” SUP Purchase
I got the Nautical 10’6” SUP and I'm super happy with it! The board is perfect and gives me good stability, even though I'm 5'11". I've been using it all summer and loving it. The customer service has been awesome too. When my pump hose broke, they quickly sent me a new one, even though I couldn't find it on the website.
