Weekend set pajamas for postpartum body
So I just had a baby and I ordered some weekend set pajamas in my pre-baby size. But when they showed up, I realized that my body was still adjusting postpartum and I wasn't sure about the sizing. I decided to email customer service to ask if I could exchange for a bigger size. The rep, Tetiana, was super helpful and understanding. She got back to me quickly and gave me all the info I needed to decide. In the end, I stuck with the original size I ordered and I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality of the pajamas is top-notch and they're so comfy to wear, especially during this postpartum stage. I'll definitely be getting more stuff from this company in the future.

The website was so easy to use, eh! I really liked how they had all the details and specs for each board laid out so clearly, you know? New sofa with misaligned seams and oversized non-moving cushion
I just got a new sofa and it turned out to be a big let down. When it was delivered, I noticed right away that the seams were all wonky and the middle cushion was way too big, making it look really bad. So, I reached out to customer service to try and sort things out, but they were no help at all. They basically said that's just how it is and didn't even apologize. It was clear that this company couldn't care less about the shoddy workmanship on their products.

Ring exchange
