ORRO switch is backed by 100 days happiness guarantee that means you can return your Orro switch for any reason within 100 days from the day you received the order for a refund. To return the switch, however, you will initiate the return process by providing your order information and reason for return, they will get back to you within 1-2 business days with a prepaid shipping label and instructions to complete the return. Refunds are made to the original method of purchase within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any product returned in a damaged form beyond general wear-and-tear is subject to repair costs which will be deducted from the eligible return amount.
