Equipment Troubles
I've had a bunch of problems with the stuff I bought from this company. From a busted door lock to a camera that won't connect to my new router, it's been super annoying. The customer service I got was kinda lacking, had to make a ton of phone calls just to fix basic problems. Waiting forever for a replacement Ethernet cord was a letdown and made the whole thing seem like a big hassle. Overall, I'm not happy with the service and support I got.
Just wanted a security system
I ordered a security system over the weekend and it's almost Thursday now and I still don't have an account set up or the equipment mailed to me. I hope they can actually help me when I need it, eh?
Door/window sensors takeover switch
I bought a takeover switch for my home security system from this company recently, but man, installation has been a real pain. The salesperson promised me it would be easy peasy, but turns out, it's way more complicated than I thought. The tech support team has been trying to help me out, but their instructions are as clear as mud. If you're not a whiz with circuit boards and other tech stuff, this DIY installation might not be your jam. Plus, finding a pro willing to work with equipment from a different company has been tough.
Buggy sensor
Ugh, so I have this really annoying alarm sensor that just won't cooperate. Every time I try to arm it from inside my house instead of using the app, it goes off. I'm stuck with it for three years because of this stupid contract. We reached out for help and even had the sensor replaced, but it's still giving me trouble. It's moments like these where you just wish the company could come over and sort it out for you.
Faulty equipment replacement
I've been having a lot of problems with the sensors and control unit of my home security system lately. It seems like every month I'm calling customer service to try and figure out what's wrong. I've replaced a bunch of the equipment and I'm even willing to pay for upgrades, but the system just doesn't seem to be working right. I just want a security system that actually works, but so far I haven't found a solution that satisfies me.
Delayed account set up
I had a pretty rough time setting up my account with this company. It took way longer than I thought it would. When I mentioned this in a review, they kind of just blamed me, saying there was a hold on my account. But when I talked to customer service, they didn't mention anything like that - just said it was a delay in processing. It's not cool that they're not being upfront and taking responsibility, especially since they're a security company. Trust and honesty should be top priorities for them. I'm not sure if I can trust them with my home security in the future.
Faulty alarm system
Eh, the alarm system I bought was a real dud, eh. It kept going off for no good reason, causing me all sorts of unnecessary stress, eh. And to top it off, when I got a replacement, it was missing a super important part, so it was basically useless, eh. When I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they were no help at all and never got back to me, eh. Overall, dealing with this company has been nothing but a huge headache and major letdown, eh.
Home security system
As a customer of the home security system, I gotta say I'm really happy with the quality and efficiency of the product. It's super easy to use and gives me a great sense of security for my home and family. The customer service team was so helpful in helping me out with the ordering process and making sure I got the best options for what I needed. The pricing was fair, and the delivery came quickly and in perfect shape. All in all, I'm really happy with my experience and would definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy home security system.
Faulty sensors
I was really looking forward to my home alarm system from this company, but man, am I ever let down. The equipment I got doesn't work properly, and I keep running into problems with the sensors. I've set up two other alarm systems in the past without any issues, so this is really getting on my nerves. I'm feeling super frustrated and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Issue with sensors
I've been having a lot of problems lately with my door and window sensors. They keep going off for no reason, and I think it might be because the batteries are old. Because of this, my alarm hasn't been working for weeks, which kind of defeats the whole point of having a security system. On top of that, my cameras keep going offline too, which is really frustrating. I used a different security company for 3 years before and never had any issues like this.
Poor service, untrained reps
My experience with the service has been pretty disappointing, eh. Ever since I switched from my old security provider, I've run into a bunch of problems. The folks I've talked to don't really seem to know what they're doing, and it feels like they're more focused on saving the company money than giving us good service. I'm thinking of switching to a different security company, even though it'll take some time and money.
Problematic experience with panels
I've been having a bunch of problems with the panels lately - like my z-wave devices keep disappearing, GoBridge failing on me, the panel freezing up, and having trouble with the TS-1 panel too. Customer service couldn't really help me out with fixing any of these problems and I was pretty let down by the lack of support and options for getting a better panel.
Big mess
So, I like, got this thing, but it was all wrong, you know? The people who sell stuff just don't know what they're doing, and then the delivery was wrong too. And those techie guys who come to install it? Yeah, they're clueless. I tried so hard to avoid these problems, but they still happened. Ugh. The folks who send help are nice, I suppose, but they go and dispatch police without even checking with me first. Like, come on! Can we get our act together here? The equipment keeps acting up, the installs are total garbage, and we're still trying to figure out how to use it properly. Sigh.
Home security system
I recently got a home security system, but it's been a bit of a headache. Before buying it, I made sure my current security stuff would work with the new system. But when I got the parts, they didn't match what I was promised. Installing it was way harder than they said it would be. And even after two years, it's still not working right, and I have to pay monthly fees on top of what I already spent. I tried contacting the company for help with installing, but no luck. I'm really not happy with how things have gone.
Alarm system purchase
My experience with the alarm system company was really frustrating, to be honest. I had no idea that the alarm system needed my Internet connection, which was a super important detail that nobody told me about. Plus, they told me it was a month-to-month deal, but it turned out to be a three-year contract. The person who sold me on it didn't tell me everything about the contract and kind of pushed me into signing it. I never even got the equipment installed, but I still got charged for stuff I never got. And even after I returned everything, they still tried to make me pay for services I never got. Overall, I'd suggest avoiding this company because they use shady practices and pressure people into long-term contracts and payments without giving all the info upfront.
Home Security System
I recently decided to cancel my home security system, eh. I've been with them for years, but the cancellation process ended up being a real bummer. Even though I said I'd pay for an extra month, they cut off my service right away. They wouldn't even turn it back on or give me any kind of refund for the services I already paid for but didn't get. It was super frustrating and disappointing, and now I feel kinda ripped off as a loyal customer, you know?
Payment issue
On April 6th, 2018, I gave the go-ahead for a one-time payment of $69.98 to get my account up to date. The customer service person told me it wouldn't go through until I got a document by email, so I agreed. But they went ahead and processed the payment anyway before I could even look at the document. When I called to stop the payment and remove my card details, they made it difficult and added more unauthorized charges to my account. Because of what they did, I've been hit with extra fees and I'm feeling really frustrated. Right now, I'm looking into legal options to deal with how they violated my rights.
