Steam code purchase
Being from the Philippines, I had a hard time finding a store to activate my steam codes. Luckily, I came across 2Game as the only official site offering this service, so I decided to give it a shot. That's totally absurd. I ordered 2 games and got totally disappointed. Right after I bought them, the order status said it was "completed". But when I wanted to get the keys, there was no way to do it. I waited for hours, only to find out they didn't even have the keys for the promotions. And guess what? They were still advertising them on their site. Unbelievable. Don't bother wasting your time and money here, best to avoid this place.

I had a bit of a problem when I tried to activate Like A Dragon Ultimate Edition, which I bought on Feb 11 - I got a no key error. It was super frustrating and honestly left me pretty unhappy with the company. It seemed like they were selling a game that wasn't even available yet, which is just not cool. The support team took a really long time to help me out, which made me question whether 2Game is really a legit Official Authorised Digital Retailer. They did give me a gift card as a sorry, but I couldn't get my money back because of how I paid. I really hope they learn from this and do better in the future to avoid these kinds of problems.
