Returns & RefundsSo, get this! I ended up making a stupid mistake and accidentally bought a whole game instead of the DLC I actually wanted. Thought I was being all smart by using the auto-activation feature, but turns out I just activated a game I already had. Crazy, right? But get this, I reached out to customer support and guess what? They actually gave me a refund, even though they don't normally do that kind of thing. Really grateful for the quick and understanding response from 2Game!

I sent a picture to customer service to show them what happened, but they just said it couldn't be possible and told me to check my account. I'm so mad, this is a scam!
