My first time buying from this website was terrible. I couldn't make an account because of those annoying recaptcha errors, even when I tried different browsers, devices, and internet connections. I reached out for help but didn't hear back for 5 hours. I eventually got in using my gmail account, but the website was still acting up. I bought the game, but had to wait for the cd key and got an error message. I had to refresh a bunch of times before I finally got my Steam code, which took 6 hours. It was a really aggravating experience.

Sims expansions purchase

I ordered a bunch of Sims expansions from 2Game and had to reach out to their customer support about one of the transactions. They got back to me super quickly, within 10 minutes, and made sure everything was sorted out. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were and now I know I'll be coming back to 2Game for more purchases in the future.

Their response was so quick and helpful, it really surprised me and made me grateful. It's nice when companies not only do what they're supposed to, but go above and beyond. I was really impressed with their customer service, it was efficient and satisfying.

I really like the prices at this store, especially when they have sales during the holidays. The discounts are great and make it worthwhile to keep checking their website for deals. Plus, getting the digital keys right away after buying something is super easy. I've never had to wait long to get my games, even when it's busy online. They do a really good job with delivering stuff, and I haven't had any problems with anything I've bought. All in all, I'm a happy customer and will keep coming back here for my gaming stuff.
