I had a great experience with the customer service on the gaming platform. I've bought stuff there many times and it's always been good. One time, I bought the regular version of a game but then wanted to upgrade to the fancy version. The staff helped me out really quickly and got everything sorted out for me. I really like how helpful and supportive the customer service is on that platform.

My first time buying from this website was terrible. I couldn't make an account because of those annoying recaptcha errors, even when I tried different browsers, devices, and internet connections. I reached out for help but didn't hear back for 5 hours. I eventually got in using my gmail account, but the website was still acting up. I bought the game, but had to wait for the cd key and got an error message. I had to refresh a bunch of times before I finally got my Steam code, which took 6 hours. It was a really aggravating experience.
