Third order issue
My experience with customer support has been pretty disappointing. They say they offer 24/7 live chat help, but in reality, it seems like they're not always there and only respond through email. When I placed my third order, I had an issue where my card was charged, the order was marked as finished, but I didn't get the key for my purchase. They just told me to contact support without much information. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on and not getting help right away.
Quick key release
The price was awesome, they gave me the key in only 15 minutes without any problems. I highly recommend taking a look at the DLCs too!

Game purchase
My first time buying from this website was terrible. I couldn't make an account because of those annoying recaptcha errors, even when I tried different browsers, devices, and internet connections. I reached out for help but didn't hear back for 5 hours. I eventually got in using my gmail account, but the website was still acting up. I bought the game, but had to wait for the cd key and got an error message. I had to refresh a bunch of times before I finally got my Steam code, which took 6 hours. It was a really aggravating experience.

The customer service at this place is amazing. I asked a question and got a response within 5 minutes. They didn't beat around the bush, just gave me the info I needed. They were fast, got to the point, and solved my issue. I really appreciate the great customer service they gave me.
Sims expansions purchase
I ordered a bunch of Sims expansions from 2Game and had to reach out to their customer support about one of the transactions. They got back to me super quickly, within 10 minutes, and made sure everything was sorted out. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were and now I know I'll be coming back to 2Game for more purchases in the future.
