Oh my goodness, I absolutely adore Boutique Bellesa! They are seriously so helpful and always willing to give discounts to make sure you get exactly what you want. Yummy cat food
So, you know what? This cat food is absolutely amazing! At first, I was really upset because they didn't replace my stolen starter kit right away, and I couldn't even create an account. But then, when my cat tried the food, he absolutely loved it! The free treats and toy were also really fun, and now my cat's fur is incredibly soft. And, his poops don't smell as bad anymore - probably too much information, I get it. The customer service turned out to be really nice as well. Honestly, I can't even complain anymore because this food is seriously incredible. It's made with high-quality meat and doesn't have any yucky stuff like grains or fillers. Plus, you can even choose whether your cat prefers smooth or chunky food. So, yeah, it's like perfection on earth!

Bluetooth headphones
I got some Bluetooth headphones from this company and man, I gotta tell ya, it was a total letdown. The customer service was terrible - they took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, they were no help at all and just brushed me off. And to top it all off, my order didn't even make it to me because the delivery guy just left it on my doorstep by a busy street, which is totally not okay. I tried reaching out to get some help, but they didn't wanna lend a hand at all. No way am I buying from them again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Wholesaler products purchase
I bought some wholesale stuff from this company and I gotta say, it's kinda annoying that they don't let partners use product images. I mean, in this day and age where visuals are super important for getting customers' attention, this rule seems old-fashioned and not very smart. Keeping partners from using product images just makes it harder for them to promote and sell the products. I get that they're trying to prevent counterfeits, but there are other ways to do that. Letting partners use product images would actually help the brand and boost sales.

Late order, difficult return process
Got my order late and now having a hard time with the return process, eh. As a loyal member, I was hoping for better service, ya know. It's been 3 weeks and still no response from customer service, eh. Kinda disappointed with the lack of communication, you know what I mean, eh. Maybe think twice before placing an order, eh.
