I signed up for this service and wanted to stop my next order, but there was this sneaky two-step process that wasn't made clear. This meant my next order was sent without me agreeing to it, and when I wanted to send it back, they said no refund. Their customer service is super tough to get a hold of, which just makes it more annoying trying to fix the problem.

Recently, I bought some stuff online and had to return a few items. But, man oh man, let me tell ya, it was a real hassle trying to figure out how to get the return process going all the way from Ireland. I kept getting redirected or running into tech issues whenever I tried to find the info I needed. After a bit of fiddling around, I finally realized that I had to have an account to get the return label. Customer service wasn't too bad - they got back to me pretty quick when I filled out the contact form. Still, ya know, it was pretty surprising how unclear everything was on the website.

The tickets came early before the show, which was a nice surprise. Everything went really smoothly, from buying the tickets to getting them. The concert was amazing, and I will definitely use this service again next time.
