    Non-existent customer service

    The products seem great, but the customer service on the website is terrible. I've been waiting for a refund for 2 months now because my order never came. Can you believe they haven't even replied to me after 5 complaints? I won't be buying from them again, even though their clothes are pretty nice.

    I got three cups and they all broke. Every single one of them. The first one got replaced back in the summer of 2023, and now it's almost summer 2024 and I still haven't heard anything about getting the other two replaced. Like, seriously? I've tried contacting them five times since January and every time they just ignore me. Not cool, Stanley, not cool at all.

    Couch and nightstand purchase

    My experience with the stuff I bought from this store was a total disaster. First off, the $15,000 couch I got showed up with one piece not put together right, causing a lot of trouble to get it sorted out. And then, the $1,500 nightstand I got had the paint start coming off after just three weeks of using it, leading to a long and frustrating ordeal to get it swapped out. All in all, dealing with this company has been nothing but a nightmare, and I wouldn't suggest anyone shop here.

    Hotel room booking with breakfast

    I recently booked a hotel room at Novotel through Billabong. I made sure to choose a room that included breakfast because that's what the room description on their website said. I got a confirmation email that clearly mentioned the room type and meal plan, with "SA" next to it. I wasn't sure what "SA" meant but I thought it meant a meal plan was included. When I got to the hotel, I was told that I actually booked a room-only reservation, as it said in their booking confirmation. When I asked Billabong about this, they told me that "SA" stood for room-only. I was confused as to why they didn't make that clear to me like they did to the hotel. They didn't give me a good explanation and wouldn't give me the breakfast I thought I booked. It seemed like they weren't clear in their booking process and confirmations.<br>After talking more, they offered me a measly $20 refund, which wasn't enough to cover the inconvenience and extra charges I had to deal with because of currency exchange rates. Even though I kept trying, they eventually refused to talk to me anymore. My experience booking with Billabong was disappointing and I would suggest others to look for different options for hotel reservations. I've started taking actions with my credit card company because I'm not happy with this situation and want to find a solution.

    Printer purchase

    I picked up a printer that's not too bad, but definitely pricier than I expected for just personal use. But the worst part has to be their terrible service - can't even manage to get a hold of them over the phone, and downloading anything is a total headache. I gave them a call and ended up getting sent to a whole other company that was trying to push a fancy package on me just to update a driver for Windows 11. Can you believe that? Just plain ridiculous.

    This store's customer service is just terrible, eh? I tried to challenge their best price policy recently and let me tell you, they went above and beyond to come up with excuses not to honor it. It was so frustrating trying to get any sort of help or support from them. Honestly, it was a really disappointing experience, eh?

    My recent experience with trying to return stuff at the store was super frustrating, eh. I tried so many times, but couldn't do it because there were no return labels or address in the package. And when I went online to make a return label, the website wasn't working properly. The customer service team gave me a link that didn't even work, so now I'm stuck with this stuff I don't want. It's been a real letdown, and I'm feeling pretty discouraged, ya know.

    Winter jacket purchase

    I recently bought a winter jacket from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. I've got another jacket from them that's been great for years, so I was hoping for the same level of toughness and workmanship. Unfortunately, when the new jacket showed up, I noticed right away that the stitching and material weren't quite up to snuff. It just didn't feel as solid as my old one. Still, I decided to give it a shot and wore it for a few months. But then, when I bent down, the stitching under the armpit gave out on me. I contacted customer service, and they thought it could be fixed. But to be real, for the money I shelled out, I was expecting better quality and durability. At this point, I'd rather just get a refund.

    I recently bought a bunch of phone cases from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by their lack of professionalism. I've collected a few cases from them in the past, and when I tried to sell some online, they accused me of peddling fakes. I've got evidence to prove I'm in the clear, but they won't even talk it out or try to make things right.
