Missing dress order
I recently ordered from this company and I ended up missing a dress in my package, which was super frustrating. I tried reaching out to them several times to fix the issue, but got nowhere. Their customer service and communication skills were seriously lacking, which was really disappointing. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone because of their lack of responsibility and responsiveness.
