Returns & RefundsI just bought some dresses and hair wreaths from your online store. The hair wreaths didn't match the dresses even though they were recommended to go together and were shown together on the website. When I asked for a refund, the customer service team said no. I was really disappointed with their unprofessionalism and now I'm thinking twice about buying from your company again. I suggest others be careful if they're thinking about shopping at your store.

I sent back a romper to get a new size, but instead of getting what I needed, they sent me a totally different thing - a hat. When I reached out to customer service to fix things, they wouldn't give me the right item or refund me for the romper. That's just not cool and super annoying for a customer. So, I won't be shopping from them again.
