Bar pad purchase
I recently bought a bar pad from this shop, and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality and service. The pad just won't stay put on the bar like they said it would, even though I'm using it in my health studio with the right kind of bars. When I took a closer look, I noticed some important info on the pad was covered up with a black marker. Not only was the product not up to par, but getting a refund has been a total nightmare. It's been 12 days since I started the return process, and I still haven't gotten my money back. And on top of that, I had to pay $18 to send it back because this shop doesn't cover return shipping costs. The customer service has honestly been pretty lackluster, and there doesn't seem to be any real solution in sight.
Equipment order with missing items
Ya know, let me tell ya about my recent experience with this company. It was a real letdown. I spent almost a grand on some equipment, but that's when the trouble started. I made sure to enter my apartment number when I placed my order, but the confirmation email didn't have it. So I reached out to customer service, and they basically said it was my fault for not putting in the apartment number. Can you believe that? I've never been so sloppy with my money. I had to go pick up my order at a FedEx spot because it couldn't be delivered right. Total inconvenience.
Versa Loops
I was so disappointed with the product I got from Power Systems. I bought the Versa Loops and at first, I thought they were great, but then the green loop broke after only four months. And when I tried to get a replacement, Power Systems said the warranty had already expired after three months. I was so mad! The poor quality and customer service really turned me off, and I definitely wouldn't suggest this product to anyone.
