DeliveryYa know, let me tell ya about my recent experience with this company. It was a real letdown. I spent almost a grand on some equipment, but that's when the trouble started. I made sure to enter my apartment number when I placed my order, but the confirmation email didn't have it. So I reached out to customer service, and they basically said it was my fault for not putting in the apartment number. Can you believe that? I've never been so sloppy with my money. I had to go pick up my order at a FedEx spot because it couldn't be delivered right. Total inconvenience.
