    Tablet cover

    I bought a tablet cover from this store, but it didn't fit nicely with my screen protector. When I wanted to return it, they told me to send it back the best way I could. But then they said they wouldn't take it back unless I showed them an email with the tracking info. It's been a frustrating process and the customer service wasn't very good or helpful. I won't be buying anything else from this store after this bad experience.

    Broken cover replacement

    The cover of my product broke in two places after only 6 months of use. I reached out to customer support to ask for a new cover, but even though they said they sent one, it never showed up. They kept saying it was delivered and told me to check with the postal service. I was really let down and annoyed by the whole ordeal. I won't be buying from them again.

    I bought a Mous phone case not too long ago to keep my phone safe from getting dropped or banged up. Sadly, the case never showed up, even though the company said they sent it out twice. After checking some reviews online, I saw that I wasn't the only one dealing with missing packages. Turns out lots of people had the same problem. I decided to order an Urban Armor phone cover instead, and it's been awesome so far. It's really well-made and tough, and it's already saved my phone from getting wrecked a bunch of times.

    I had this problem with my old compostable phone case and I contacted customer support for help. They were super quick in getting back to me and dealt with the problem really professionally. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful they were. With a customer support team this awesome, it's hard to have a bad shopping experience here.

    Expedited shipping, unfulfilled promises

    Even though I paid extra for quick shipping, my order ended up being late. The company didn't send it out promptly like they said they would, and still made me pay for the faster shipping. When I asked for a refund on the shipping fees, the customer service person was not very helpful and didn't offer much of a solution. It was a letdown and it doesn't leave a good feeling about how this company runs things.

    Phone case order mix-up

    The customer service at this store is absolutely terrible. I ordered a phone case, and believe it or not, they sent me the wrong one not just once, or twice, but three times! They tried to make it right by sending free replacements, but guess what? Yup, they got it wrong every single time. It's mind-boggling how they could mess up such a simple order.

    Monarch Pro Kevlar Edition 14 Pro Max case

    I recently bought a phone case from this store and boy was I let down. The case was crap - made with cheap materials, loose sides, sharp edges, weak magsafe feature, and no felt lining. I paid good money for it and expected way more. I even watched a review on EverythingApplePro where they showed the phone's back getting wrecked because of the crappy case. Definitely better options out there from brands like Mous, Nomad, Phone Rebel, and Speck.

    Monarch iPhone case

    Recently, I bought a Monarch iPhone case from this store, thinking it had 5 layers of protection and Kevlar like they said on their site. But when I checked it out, turns out it only had 2 layers of hard plastic and a tiny bit of Kevlar for show. Definitely not what I was expecting. I was pretty let down by this false advertising.

    Urban uag plasma surface go

    I recently got myself the Urban uag plasma surface go, and oh boy, what a mess it was. I mean, I only paid £28 for it, a steal compared to the £60+ price tag. But lemme tell ya, this thing was a major disappointment. It took forever to get here, all the way from Germany to the UK. And when it finally arrived, yikes! The quality was terrible. The stand wasn't even adjustable, and the whole thing just felt flimsy and cheap. Apparently it's supposed to be "Designed in California" but made in China, which totally explains the low quality. It's pretty obvious they were cutting corners to save money instead of focusing on making a good product. I sent it back to Amazon right away, who seem to be drowning in fake stuff these days. It's getting harder and harder to find real products, and it's sad to see China's manufacturing standards taking a nosedive.

    I ordered a phone case that never showed up, eh. I asked for a refund, but the customer service wasn't much help, ya know. I gave them the order number, but they said it was too late to track it down and wanted me to prove I never got the case. How am I supposed to do that, eh? After going back and forth, I found an email saying the delivery failed, but they still wouldn't give me my money back. They said the order had been archived. They offered me a coupon instead, but I wanted my cash back, not a discount on a future buy. It felt like they were dodging giving me a refund, even though they knew I never got the phone case.

    New iPad Air case

    I just got a new iPad Air case and it's honestly pretty disappointing. I ordered it online and it came all the way from Hong Kong, but surprisingly I didn't end up having to pay extra customs fees, which was nice. However, the case itself is just terrible. I've been trying to return it, but once I sent in some photos and got a case number (#611132), the support team stopped responding to me. They won't give me my money back or let me exchange it. My advice would be to avoid buying directly from them, or if you have to, make sure to purchase from a store with a more reasonable return policy.

But get this - when I reached out to the company, they hooked me up with a free replacement even though it was past the warranty period.     International order, hidden charges

    I gotta say, I was pretty shocked when I saw all those extra charges tacked onto my total for ordering stuff from overseas. Their website disclaimers didn't really make it clear how much more I'd have to pay, so I ended up shelling out way more cash than I had planned. On top of that, my order took forever to get to me, a full 2 weeks of waiting for it to come in from abroad. This lack of straightforwardness and the way they treated us non-local customers has really let me down and got me feeling pretty frustrated. It's just not right that they can pull these sneaky moves, ruining what could've been a good experience with their shady business tactics.
