Phone case order mix-up
The customer service at this store is absolutely terrible. I ordered a phone case, and believe it or not, they sent me the wrong one not just once, or twice, but three times! They tried to make it right by sending free replacements, but guess what? Yup, they got it wrong every single time. It's mind-boggling how they could mess up such a simple order.

Unhappy mattress purchase
Bought a mattress that just didn't work for us, eh. We returned it, but it's been over a month now and still no refund. Customer service has been giving me different dates for the return process, and each one is later than the last. It's really frustrating and not very professional, ya know? Definitely won't be buying from this company again, that's for sure.

Purple bedding purchase
The purple sheets are so comfy, especially with the SecureStretch feature that keeps them tight on the mattress. But I was bummed to see that the pillowcases don't have an envelope or pocket design. It's annoying having to adjust them every morning and sometimes in the middle of the night. I contacted customer service about it since my other non-Purple pillowcases have pockets that make bed-making easier. The response I got was not helpful at all, they said Purple pillowcases shouldn't have pockets. It's frustrating because the lack of pockets really lowers the quality of the bedding set.

I had some troubles trying to redeem an IT bundle I bought from a different website. So, I contacted International Open Academy for help and they quickly fixed the problem. I was really happy with their customer service, especially Bruno who was super helpful. Even though I haven't started the courses yet, I know I'll have a good experience because of how well they helped me out.

Multitool
I got this multitool, right, but it broke on me. I sent it in for warranty repair or replacement, and then they hit me back saying they couldn't fix it cuz it's an old model. So they scammed me by sending over a cheaper, crappier one instead. I'm cheesed because my old tool was my go-to for everyday carry and all my outdoor escapades. Now this new one they gave me is totally useless. Big companies are all about the money, man, don't give a darn about keeping their customers happy.
