Issue with pricing inconsistency
I had a bit of a problem with the pricing of a mattress I wanted to buy recently. The prices just kept changing and different people were giving me different quotes. I was just trying to switch between two models, but the price difference didn't make sense to me. Luckily, I talked to a guy named Johnathon and he was able to sort it all out for me. Got a bed
I got this bed and ordering it was so easy. They dropped it off, but I wish I could have chosen the day. Putting it together was a breeze and now I sleep like a baby. Broken bed
My bed arrived completely smashed and ruined, like they threw it out of a plane. I used up all my allowance on it and now I can't even sleep on it. I'm super angry and need my mom to call the company right away.
Unethical business practices
I am totally sick to my stomach about the experience I had with this company. They really should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I was trying to buy something, but got declined for financing. No big deal, right? I thought I could just cancel the order and move on. But no way, they went ahead and took the money out of my bank account without even asking me. When I tried right away to cancel the order, they just flat out said no, and sent me the item anyways. When I tried to send it back, they wouldn't give me my money back. I had to get my bank involved and wait 120 days to get back what I worked hard for. This is just not right, and they deserve to go out of business. Their customer service was terrible, they couldn't care less about what they put me through. I wouldn't tell anyone to use this company.
New mattress
I recently bought a new mattress from this company and was pretty disappointed with the customer service. A few days after setting up my new mattress, I saw a promotion from another store selling the same product for half the price. When I contacted their Customer Service Representative to ask about a price match, they told me they don't do price matching. I was surprised by this, especially since they advertise a 101-night money-back guarantee. When I brought up the guarantee, I was told that because I mentioned the price issue, the guarantee was no longer valid. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but unfortunately, got an even more rigid and unhelpful response. I was left feeling frustrated and thinking about how a company with such customer service policies can keep going.
Uncomfortable mattress purchase
The darn mattress I bought was so uncomfortable. I tried everything - a mattress cover, a topper - but nothing made it any better. Finally, on the last day of the trial period, I called the company. They said I couldn't return it because of some stupid rule. The people on the phone were so rude and useless, wouldn't even give me a real person to talk to. Dealing with them was a nightmare.

It's not cool how they didn't take responsibility and didn't fix the problem quickly, especially for a company like theirs. So, just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking about dealing with this business, eh.
