    My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I felt like the customer service was more about making a sale than actually helping me out. It was frustrating when my questions got ignored and I felt like nobody really cared about me as a customer. The lack of communication and follow-up just added to my dissatisfaction. It seems like this company cares more about making money than building a good relationship with their customers, ya know?

    I gotta say, I've stocked up on holsters from this place and I have to admit, they all fit just right. The retention is spot on and they feel so comfortable to wear. But you know, the plain old leather ones are the best in my books. However, those premium ones, they make this annoying squeaky noise that just drives me crazy. I mean, seriously, I don't need my holster making noise every time I move, especially in quiet places. But hey, you win some, you lose some, right?

    Hiking boots warranty claim

    I recently had a problem with a pair of hiking boots from this company that started falling apart after only 4 months of use. Even though I was bummed about it, I thought I'd give their warranty claim process a shot. So I filled out their online form for a replacement and quickly got a confirmation email with instructions on sending pictures of the defective boots. They told me in just 5 days that I would get a credit for the new pair. It was super easy to order the replacement and it showed up at my door in just 3 days. I was really impressed with how smoothly their warranty claim service worked.
