Quick shipping, unique baby gifts
I've been shopping at this company for a while now and I've always had a great experience. The baby gifts they offer are top-notch and I love how unique their items are. Plus, the shipping was super fast, which was a huge help since I needed my order right away. All in all, I have zero complaints about my experiences with this company.
Three separate gifts for three separate events
I bought three different gifts for three different occasions from this company. I asked for separate packing slips with unique messages for each gift, but it didn't go well. The customer service rep I talked to didn't get what I wanted and couldn't help me out. It was frustrating. Even though they have cute products, the bad customer service really turned me off. And just so you know, returning items is not easy with this company.
Personalized mini jars for a baby shower
I gotta say, I was really let down and annoyed by my recent experience with those cute little mini jars I ordered. The actual size was way tinier than I expected from what I saw online, kind of felt like false advertising. Plus, the personalized words on the labels were all squished and hard to read, like the ink was running out when they printed them. And on top of that, they charged me for two sets instead of just one, so now I've got double the jars to deal with. Super frustrating! Now I've gotta go through the hassle of sending back the extra order and paying for shipping, which is extra tough for me right now since I'm seven months pregnant.
Cute baby gift for nephew
Hey, so I wanted to get my little nephew a cute gift after he was born in LA. I found this awesome thing online and ordered it from Australia. They said it would come in 3 days, but it's taking way longer! I emailed them a bunch of times and finally got a response, but now it's not coming until May 3rd! My nephew might be walking by then, haha.
