Bundle purchase - bed, foundation, pillows, sheets
I recently bought a bundle that came with a bed, foundation, pillows, and sheets. My experience with the company hasn't been great. The bed and frame arrived quickly, but I only got one pillow instead of the two that were supposed to come with the bundle. I've been contacting them every month to ask about the missing pillow and sheets, but they keep giving me excuses and dragging their feet. During a recent call, they said they couldn't help me because I hadn't sent them a photo of the box that had the one pillow in it. This lack of communication and responsibility on their part has really annoyed and disappointed me. I get that small businesses have their struggles, but not letting me know about backorders and taking so long to fulfill my order is just not cool. I've lost trust in the company and don't think I'll ever get those missing items.

OMG, eh? These peanut butter patties are so good, it's like heaven in my mouth, eh? They're seriously the best for my new keto diet, eh? One carb per serving and only 100 calories? Oh, yes, please! I can't resist having one, or two, every single day, eh? I mean, who wouldn't want a delicious treat like this that won't mess up their diet, right, eh? And the best part is I can buy a ton of boxes from Diet Direct at such a great price, so I never have to worry about running out, eh? It's a dream come true, I tell ya!

Clothing items from an online seller
My experience with this online seller was really disappointing. I ordered 4 tops, a dress, and a cardigan back in November 2021, and they arrived in the UK within 2 weeks as expected. But when I opened the package, I was so disappointed. The tops, dress, and cardigan looked nothing like what was shown on the website. The colors and materials were totally different, and they seemed like cheap knock-offs. The only thing that looked like the picture was the cardigan. So I decided to return everything and asked for the address, which turned out to be in China. I sent the parcel back at my own cost, without insurance, but unfortunately, it never made it to the seller. I emailed customer service several times, but all I got were automated responses and no confirmation of the return. I ended up losing all the money I spent on those items. It was a really frustrating and expensive experience, and I hope my review can help others avoid the same situation.

Awesome customer service
The folks at customer service are really awesome and helpful. I can ask them anything and they're always there to assist me. I've been using their products for a year now and my skin has never looked better, eh.
