    Lost part for my pizza oven

    I had lost a part for my pizza oven and reached out to customer support. They got back to me super fast, even on a holiday weekend and outside of regular work hours. The missing part was shipped to me right away. Definitely the best after-sales service I've ever had!

    Battery replacement service

    I jut reached out to the company about my battery dying really fast. I sent them an email and got a quick reply within a few hours. I asked for a new battery, and Deeper picked up, fixed, and brought back my device in just a couple of weeks, even during the crazy Christmas - New Year time. They kept me in the loop the whole time and the service was amazing. I totally recommend their services to anyone who needs help.

    I recently bought a new mattress from this company and was pretty disappointed with the customer service. A few days after setting up my new mattress, I saw a promotion from another store selling the same product for half the price. When I contacted their Customer Service Representative to ask about a price match, they told me they don't do price matching. I was surprised by this, especially since they advertise a 101-night money-back guarantee. When I brought up the guarantee, I was told that because I mentioned the price issue, the guarantee was no longer valid. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but unfortunately, got an even more rigid and unhelpful response. I was left feeling frustrated and thinking about how a company with such customer service policies can keep going.

    online order cancellation issue

    I had a really frustrating experience with an online store recently. I tried to cancel an order but ran into some issues. I sent a bunch of emails in a short amount of time asking them to cancel, but their customer service team didn't really respond much. All I got was an email saying my order was confirmed, and then another saying it had been shipped. It was pretty disappointing and left me feeling really unsatisfied with the whole customer service situation. I think it's not cool for a company to just ignore a customer asking to cancel an order and then go ahead and ship it anyway without checking in first. That's just not right.

    I just bought a Tanzanite and diamond engagement ring from this online jewelry store without knowing much about them beforehand. The website was easy to use and the pictures of the products really caught my eye, so I decided to take a chance. To my surprise, my order came earlier than I thought it would.     Birthday gift order issue

    I just got a birthday gift from my friend through this platform, but there have been so many problems with the order. The company keeps canceling it but still taking the money, saying they can't confirm the cardholder. I've tried to verify and buy it again several times, but they're still holding over $6,000. It's really worrying me because it seems like it could be a scam.
