Over-sized socks
I just bought two pairs of socks from this company, and let me tell ya, I was so let down by the quality and customer service. The first pair I got was huge, even though I checked the sizing chart. The second pair, which was supposed to be smaller, was no different. It felt like forever for both pairs to show up, and when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were just rude and not helpful at all. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Ankle socks purchase
The ankle socks were alright, but man, it was a pain trying to return one pair. I bought 4 pairs on sale and wanted to send one back, but I just couldn't figure out how to get a return label or address, no matter how many times I tried. They just kept making excuses and dragging their feet. If their so-called guarantee works the same way, I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Incorrect Socks Size, Return Label Issue, Partial Refund Offer
As a customer of Silverlight, I gotta say I'm super bummed about what went down recently. I accidentally ordered some socks in the wrong size, y'know? So, I reached out to customer service to get a return label, and man, it's been nothing but delays and unhelpful answers. It's been over 3 weeks now since I first asked for help, and still no fix in sight. Instead of just giving me a label and refunding me fully, they're only willing to cough up 25%. Like, seriously? This lack of care and refusal to make things right is just not cool at all. Such a letdown.
High-priced sock purchase
I recently splurged on a fancy pair of socks, thinking they'd be top-notch. Sadly, my whole experience with the company has been pretty disappointing. Not only did my order not show up, but the customer service responses I got were not up to par. I sent multiple emails, but it felt like my issue was being ignored. The company basically passed the buck and told me to sort things out with the courier for the lost package. The lack of responsibility on their end was pretty upsetting. On top of that, not having a Paypal option at checkout didn't help either. It would have made the whole payment process way smoother.
Unfulfilled order, lack of customer service
I bought a couple of things not too long ago, but for some reason, they never showed up even though they took my money right away. They gave me a tracking number, but when I tried to check it, all it said was "no information available." On top of that, when I tried to reach out to customer service for help, no one got back to me. This whole situation has really ticked me off and let me down.

I ordered three pairs of socks from this place, eh, but they never showed up! I tried to ask about my order, but they didn't give me any shipping info, eh. The customer service replies, but they don't actually help at all. It's like a total scam, eh!

I was so lucky to finally get my hands on a pair of socks after dealing with those constant out-of-stock problems. And let me tell you, their customer service is a joke - so useless and incompetent!
Overcharged, Ghosted
I ordered something on this really sketchy website and right away they charged my credit card. When my order never showed up, I tried to contact customer service and they did reply at first. But once I showed them proof of my payment, they just went silent. Then, out of nowhere, three months later, I got an email with what they claimed was "proof of delivery." Turns out it was just a screenshot of a tracking order from a totally different country and date. It's just a total scam, no doubt about it.
online order cancellation issue
I had a really frustrating experience with an online store recently. I tried to cancel an order but ran into some issues. I sent a bunch of emails in a short amount of time asking them to cancel, but their customer service team didn't really respond much. All I got was an email saying my order was confirmed, and then another saying it had been shipped. It was pretty disappointing and left me feeling really unsatisfied with the whole customer service situation. I think it's not cool for a company to just ignore a customer asking to cancel an order and then go ahead and ship it anyway without checking in first. That's just not right.
Socks not received after a month
I ordered a pair of socks over a month ago and I still haven't gotten them. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, but I haven't heard anything back. I feel like they took my money and ran. I'm really upset about the way they've been ignoring me and not keeping me in the loop.
