Blue sapphire engagement ring
Shopping for a blue sapphire engagement ring at this place was amazing. We were super pleased with the final product and the service from the staff member who helped us out. We met up with him in person at his office in Midtown and got to pick our perfect sapphire while he showed us all the services they had. He was so nice, knew his stuff, and not at all pushy, which was great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we'll for sure be back for our wedding bands.

Quick and easy booking
This service was amazing! I rented a storage space super close to downtown, only a 2-minute walk away. It was so convenient and just a short 10-minute stroll from the leaning tower. The people working there were so friendly and helpful, they made everything easy for me. I'd totally suggest this service to anyone looking for storage while they're on the go.

Oh man, this product is the bomb! The blackcurrant flavor is so tasty and it actually does what it says. Within a few days, I could feel my cravings disappearing and I didn't feel as puffy. I even dropped a couple pounds, which is awesome! I'm super excited to give the orange & mango flavor a shot next, it's gonna be my new favorite for sure.

The quality is just top-notch, and I find myself switching back and forth between the 15 shirts I've got and getting compliments left, right, and centre. The styles they've got on offer are seriously impressive, and I've also picked up some shorts and shoes that have totally lived up to my expectations. The stuff from this company is top-notch, eh? The shirts and mug I got were real nice, from the material they used to the print on 'em. The packaging for the mug was done real good, making sure it arrived in perfect shape. The shirts fit great and are comfy to wear, too. Perfume purchase
I went to Bloomingdale's on Lexington Avenue and it was amazing! The staff there were so nice and helpful. There was this lady in the perfume section who really went above and beyond to track down a discontinued perfume for me. She even gave me a free gift! The staff at other sections like Shiseido and Dyptique were also super friendly and helpful. The guys at John Varvatos were awesome too, they helped me pick out a great aftershave. Besides checking out the sights, Bloomingdale's is now my top spot in NYC.

Split online order
I recently made a split online order from this company, and I still haven't gotten the second part after two months. Even though I've sent over a dozen emails, the customer service team, or "gearheads" as they like to be called, keep giving me excuses and not following through on their promise to deliver the rest of my order. They kept telling me I'd get the items, but now it seems like they were just stalling. My whole experience with this company has been super disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Don't bother wasting your time or money here.

My recent experience with this company has been really frustrating, eh. I ordered a bunch of stuff back in July, and it's almost October now and I still haven't gotten my stuff or my money back. I've reached out to customer service four times, but each time I get different info. One person said my items were refunded, but another said they were on their way. The last person told me my order is still being processed and canceling it will take a long time, even though it was supposed to be done three weeks ago. This kind of incompetence and lack of consistency just ain't right.

Socks not received after a month
I ordered a pair of socks over a month ago and I still haven't gotten them. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, but I haven't heard anything back. I feel like they took my money and ran. I'm really upset about the way they've been ignoring me and not keeping me in the loop.
