I put all my things in the bag storage, and it was really clean and organized. The service was amazing, everything was exactly where I left it. It felt like pure magic!

Had such a bad time with Luggage Nanny. I got totally lost trying to find the place and then when I got there late, no one even answered my messages. And on top of all that, the locker code they gave me didn't even work, so I wasted even more time. They really could have done better with the communication and help.

The spot where they kept the bags was perfect, just across the street from Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof). The people working there were super nice and really knew their stuff, which made everything go super smoothly for us. It was such a load off to wander around Vienna without lugging our suitcases with us, and knowing they were safe and sound at the storage spot.

Seriously, booking was so easy. No stress, no headaches. Just straight to the point. Definitely would recommend.

What a fantastic place to leave my luggage before exploring Barcelona! It's so close to Plaza España, which is basically where all the subway lines meet. The owner was really friendly and they even have a travel agency to assist with planning your trip. I definitely recommend getting in touch with them for any questions, even before booking your spot!

Oh man, what a total nightmare! So I showed up to grab my package, and the person at the spot said it was actually a case. Like, talk about major confusion! I tried reaching out to customer service through chat, but guess what? Nobody was around to lend a hand on a Sunday. Total bummer. It felt like I was being completely duped. I found the service to be the most affordable option for storing luggage. But when I got there, I ran into a little problem. The staff didn't know much about the website and could only see bookings from a different company. Even so, I managed to leave my luggage after some confusion and a call to customer service.
