Comfortable basic clothing
I just wanted to share how happy I've been shopping at this store. They have such a wide variety of clothing to choose from - I've bought shirts, leggings, pants, underwear, jackets, and pajamas, and they've all been great quality. As a size XL, it's not easy finding clothes that fit right, but their sizes have been spot on. Everything I've gotten has been so comfy and durable, I haven't had to return a thing. Plus, they ship things out quickly, and the prices are unbeatable for what you get. If you're looking for good quality, comfy basics at a great price, definitely check them out.
Socks, hoodie, pants
The quality might not be top-notch, but the value for the price is really unbeatable. I first bought 6 pairs of no-show socks for just $7.99, shipping included. To be honest, I was a bit doubtful, but I washed them multiple times and they held up really well. Impressed by how long they lasted, I decided to get 6 more pairs of socks, a hoodie, and a pair of pants for only $14.99, including shipping. The socks are dependable, the hoodie is amazing, but the pants didn't quite meet my expectations. Still, with such great prices, I can't really complain. It's a win-win situation for sure.
Recent clothing purchase

Defective goods, slow customer service
I made a purchase recently, eh, and I gotta say, I was super let down by the quality of the stuff. It wasn't just a little defective - it was a big problem. And then, when I finally reached out to customer service, it took them a whole week to get back to me. When they finally did, it was just one of those ready-made response things. It's pretty obvious that they don't really care about keeping their customers happy. And get this - they want us to pay for sending back stuff that's actually their fault. Like, seriously, that's just rubbing salt in the wound.
Damaged items
I was so disappointed with the customer service at that store, eh. I tried to get help six times about my damaged items. They kept saying they'd replace or refund them, but nothing happened. It was really frustrating how they didn't follow through and didn't seem to care about making customers happy.
Expedited shipping charges refunded
I recently bought something online and paid extra for rush shipping. But, my order got messed up and even with the rush shipping, it didn't come on time. I emailed customer service to sort it out, and they got back to me super fast. They refunded the extra shipping charges without any trouble. Their customer service was top-notch and they fixed the problem right away.
Undergarments, baselayers, active wear, outer wear, pet coats
I just love everything I've bought from here - the styles are amazing, the fits are perfect, and the prices are just fantastic. The customer service is top-notch, always so quick and helpful. I just bought a couple things with express shipping, but it ended up being delayed. When it finally arrived, only one part of my order showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but didn't hear back from them. Gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

As a customer, I was happy with the product I bought from this store at first. But, the lack of customer service really ruined my overall experience. The guy I talked to, Arman, was no help at all and didn't want to deal with my order issues. I'm pretty let down and annoyed by how things turned out. I think good customer service is super important for any business, and the way they treated me has definitely changed how I see the brand.
Two jackets received out of three
Eh, my experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I bought three jackets but only got two, and they still charged me for all three, eh. I've sent a bunch of emails trying to fix this, but haven't heard back, eh. It's frustrating to be ignored and not get a simple fix, eh. I'd tell others to steer clear of this company, their customer service is pretty bad and not reliable, eh. After giving them lots of time to fix things, I have no choice but to get my credit card company and the better business bureau involved, eh.
Return policies
Return policies, eh? Can you believe it? If you're not completely sure about your size, don't even bother with returns or exchanges. This company's policies are such a nightmare, they'll have you feeling major regret about your purchase. Whatever happened to good old customer service and satisfaction? Clearly not a top priority here.

I ordered a jacket from your shop recently, eh. But when the package arrived, turns out I got the wrong stuff, bud. So I reached out to customer service right away, hoping they'd fix it up and send me the right item. Instead, they told me to place a whole new order, eh! That got me pretty cheesed off, let me tell ya. As a customer, I figure the company should own up to their mistake and make sure I get what I paid for, you know?
Expedited shipping
I recently bought something from this company and I even paid extra for faster shipping. They said it would arrive in 4-5 days, but it's been a whole week now and I still don't have my order. I feel like they were just trying to get more money out of me for nothing, and now I'm still waiting with no end in sight. I really suggest not buying from this company because their shipping is sketchy and can't be trusted.
Recent problematic purchases
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, eh? During the pandemic, I was happy with the clothes and prices. But lately, things have gone downhill. The customer service is not good anymore, and it seems like the reps are from out of the country. That would be fine if they actually did their job properly. But they didn't, and I lost money on my last purchase. I can't say I'd suggest this store to anyone now, eh.
Christmas presents
I ordered my Christmas gifts on November 30th, but it turned out the company made a shipping label with UPS that wasn't even legit. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but got no response or support. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company because their customer service is seriously lacking and unhelpful.
Winter outerwear purchase
Even though I liked the stuff I got before and was a happy customer, this time I had a rough go. The phone number I called for help took me to an online chat thing where they wanted me to cough up a buck just to ask about shipping. Even after trying a bunch of times, I still couldn't get a straight answer. Couldn't even talk to a real person! The whole thing was a headache and left me thinking twice about buying from them again.
