Product satisfaction
As a customer, I was happy with the product I bought from this store at first. But, the lack of customer service really ruined my overall experience. The guy I talked to, Arman, was no help at all and didn't want to deal with my order issues. I'm pretty let down and annoyed by how things turned out. I think good customer service is super important for any business, and the way they treated me has definitely changed how I see the brand.

FANATICAL is a great place for getting games at prices that can rival Steam. They offer a wide variety of games, with bundle deals and discounts. I've discovered some awesome hidden gems in their bargain selection and have saved a bunch of cash compared to shopping elsewhere. Being able to sync my Steam wishlist is a really cool feature that helps me keep track of the games I'm eyeing. More backside views, uniform sizing
As someone who shops here often, I've noticed that there aren't enough pictures showing the back of the outfits on the website. It would really help us customers make better choices if we could see how the items look from all angles. Another thing is the sizing - it would be great if it was more consistent across all the styles. It gets annoying having to always double-check if a "large" in one dress is the same as a "large" in another. I think these changes would make shopping on the site way better for everyone.

Best Anti-Attack Program
So yeah, before we had this other program we were always getting hit with ransomware attacks. But then we switched over to this new program, Best Anti-Attack Program of 2016, and it's been amazing. No more attacks at all! Plus, the customer service is really fast and helpful. Absolutely love it!
