Just got my Chef Box and I'm absolutely loving it! The Mortar & Pestle is just adorable and the whole box is super cute. It definitely made my day.

I've been a faithful customer of Fast Tech for about six years and I've never had any problems with their stuff or services. Anytime I've had an issue, their customer service team has always been quick to fix it to make me happy. If I ever got a product with a problem, all I had to do was send some pics or videos for proof and they'd refund me through PayPal in just a couple days.

The customer service at this store is just so slow, eh. I had to wait for weeks to get my refund sorted out, and I only got it done when I contacted the CEO myself. It's ridiculous to have to go through all that just to get a refund for something that didn't even work properly. The lack of communication and efficiency is really disappointing and makes me wonder about the quality of service this company provides, eh.

The customer service crew at the company really came through for me though, super helpful and quick to respond. It took a few tries because of the postal service being slow, but they stuck with it until it was sorted. I was seriously impressed by how knowledgeable and professional the team was, and best of all, they made sure I was happy with how things turned out.

The practice tests I bought for a certification exam weren't exactly like the actual exam, but they really helped me get in the right mindset for the multiple choice questions. The essay prompts were a bit different too, but I still thought the practice tests were super helpful. I'd suggest them to anyone who's new to exams with lots of multiple choice questions. They were great for getting faster and going over the material with clear explanations.

I gotta tell ya, I'm really impressed with the soft, cozy stuff I bought from this company. It's super comfy and has stayed in great shape even after I've washed it a bunch of times, which is more than I can say for some other brands.
