Misleading pricing
My experience at this store was so disappointing. They told me one price for the stuff I wanted, but when I got to the cash register, they charged me way more. I felt tricked, but I still paid for it all. Later on, I found out they didn't tell me the right prices. I tried to return the stuff right away, but they wouldn't give me my money back. The things I bought weren't even that good quality, especially considering how expensive they were. It was a really bad experience that made me feel cheated and unhappy.
Cool shoes
I picked up these really awesome shoes that I absolutely love, but I'm not sure if they're good for the environment, eh. They were a little steep in price, but if you've had your eye on them for a bit, I think they're worth it, ya know? The designs are so unique and I just felt so stylish wearing them, eh.
Sweater and pants
The customer service at this store is just so slow, eh. I had to wait for weeks to get my refund sorted out, and I only got it done when I contacted the CEO myself. It's ridiculous to have to go through all that just to get a refund for something that didn't even work properly. The lack of communication and efficiency is really disappointing and makes me wonder about the quality of service this company provides, eh.
Stained pants replacement
I bought a pair of pants from this store not too long ago and was bummed when they came with a big stain on them. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a label to return the pants. But when the new pair arrived, they were the exact same pants with the same stain! I was totally surprised and pretty upset about the lack of care and quality control.
Cropped jacket
I picked up a cute cropped jacket at this store. The design was awesome, but I was kinda let down by the quality. The material they used felt a bit cheap and the finishing wasn't as good as I hoped. So yeah, shopping there was ok, but considering what I paid, I was hoping for better quality.
Button-down shirt, shoddy quality
When I bought a button-up shirt from their website, I was really disappointed with what I received. After just a few times wearing it, the shirt started falling apart at the seams. I contacted customer service and sent them detailed photos of the damage, hoping for a refund or a new shirt. But to my surprise, they blamed me for washing it in the machine and said they couldn't do anything to help. I pointed out that the label clearly said "machine wash 30º", but they dismissed it as a mistake. Their lack of responsibility was really disheartening. Instead of fixing the problem, they suggested that I had purposely damaged the shirt myself. On top of that, they only offered a small 10% discount as a resolution. This whole experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Their high prices, low-quality products, and rude staff made this brand a real letdown.
Expensive clothes
The clothes were way too pricey and not even that great quality. The brand keeps switching up their styles and products all the time, which makes me doubt their stuff.
Bag, cheap, difficult return
I bought a bag from this store and man, was I let down. The bag looked way cheap for what I forked out. Trying to return it was a headache and a half, totally unnecessary and frustrating. I've never had trouble like this before, I'm always ordering stuff online and mostly have great experiences. Especially in the States, where customer service is top-notch. I won't be giving this store any more of my business. Seems like they care more about hype than quality products and good service.
Oversized poor quality silk items
My recent visit to this place was a total letdown. I bought some stuff on sale, but when I got them, they were way too big and the material was pretty crappy. It was obvious they weren't worth what I paid for them, so I tried to return them right away. But man, the return process was a real pain.
Spring collection items
I'm really disappointed with the lack of diversity in the models the brand uses for their promos. As a customer, it's hard for me to relate to the clothes when the models seem so distant and unapproachable. It would be nice to see models who come from different backgrounds and have different body types. By not showing a variety of models, the brand is missing out on connecting with more customers and making everyone feel like they belong.
Overpriced items
The stuff I bought from here was just not worth the steep price. The quality was pretty subpar, and I was really let down with my whole experience. On top of that, the customer service I got was not good, so I'm left feeling pretty unsatisfied with my purchase. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone after what I went through.
Recent online purchases
I recently bought some stuff online from this fashion store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Ordering was a breeze on their website, everything showed up pretty quickly, except for one time when it took a bit longer. But the customer service team was awesome and helped me out. I just placed another order, so that's saying something about how I feel about this brand. The quality is solid, like other brands out there. The stuff is nice and comes in cute packaging. I did notice a few loose threads on one shirt, so maybe they can work on that. Overall though, I'm happy with my experience and plan to keep on shopping here.

Arrived with a few wrinkles, but they came out easily. Delivery was fast and I got updates the whole time, which was awesome.
