Overseas order
I bought something online from this store back in November, and I still haven't gotten it. I know it might take time since I live overseas, but it's been over a month now with no updates on my order. I contacted their customer service using the form, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down by their lack of communication and fixing things on their side. I was really hoping for better service and honesty from this company.

Unresolved return issue
I recently returned something to this company, but I'm having a tough time getting my money back. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times through messages and emails, but still no refund. Their lack of response and failure to fix the problem quickly has really let me down in terms of their customer service.
