I’m honestly significantly disappointed in pupbox. The box is not actually keeping up with his age despite multiple attempts to correct. The box is not tailored to the super chewer my puppy is, despite contacting customer service multiple times. I’m unfortunately locked into a contract, but I would steer anyone I could away from it. Waste of money and time.

I really like the cool designs and high quality of the stuff I got from this brand. They've got some really unique creations and the materials they use are top notch. And let me tell you, the pieces look amazing - I absolutely love them. But I gotta say, the way they handle their stock could use some work, especially when things get super busy with sales. When they cancelled my order, it was all chaos and the responses felt kinda rushed. It left me feeling a bit let down and thinking twice about buying from them again. Overall, I think there's some room for improvement.
