Don't even bother with that app development platform, eh! I had such a bad time dealing with them. Their customer service was basically non-existent, and the tool itself was full of bugs and just plain unreliable, you know? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, to be honest.

That company is totally out of line, thinking they can just surprise you with a bill for looking at photos you posted! It's like they're trying to blackmail us, it's not right at all. I don't even know which photo they're talking about, but I'm not paying just on principle. Keeping people's memories like hostages is a shady move. Their whole way of doing business is just not cool, no transparency or fairness at all. They should have at least let us try it out for free before making us pay up.

I emailed customer service to sort it out, and they got back to me super fast. They refunded the extra shipping charges without any trouble. Their customer service was top-notch and they fixed the problem right away.
