I was so disappointed with the customer service at that store, eh. I tried to get help six times about my damaged items. They kept saying they'd replace or refund them, but nothing happened. It was really frustrating how they didn't follow through and didn't seem to care about making customers happy.

These grinders are so great! I love how easy it is to have salt and pepper all in one container. They work perfectly, much better than other grinders I've used before. Plus, they're super sturdy and have lasted me a long time.

I just bought a couple of ink cartridges for my Dell printer from Toner Buzz because a browser extension suggested it. The cost at Toner Buzz was way cheaper than other places, so I went for it. I got the real deal quickly and was happy with how everything went down.

So, I bought a black dress shirt from this online store not too long ago, eh, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. After I placed my order, I spotted the same shirt at another store for way cheaper and with free shipping to boot. I reached out to customer service right away to see if they could cancel my order or at least give me a price match, but they were no help at all and didn't even bother getting back to me. Ended up getting hit with almost double the price for the exact same shirt, and let me tell ya, it didn't sit well with me. Definitely gonna think twice before I order from them again, that's for sure.

I messed up my order and tried to cancel it, so I called customer service but they said they couldn't cancel it. The person I talked to was super rude. I don't know her name, but I called on Monday, November 29th, 2021. The prices for their products are pretty high, and it would be nice to have customer service reps who actually care about helping customers.

I found some reviews on this site after I bought something, and it made me a bit worried about my decision. But, when my order came way earlier than expected, I was really happy. The package was so nice, and the bracelets I got were just beautiful. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely think about buying from here again.
