Damaged items
I was so disappointed with the customer service at that store, eh. I tried to get help six times about my damaged items. They kept saying they'd replace or refund them, but nothing happened. It was really frustrating how they didn't follow through and didn't seem to care about making customers happy.

Beautifully packaged bracelets
I found some reviews on this site after I bought something, and it made me a bit worried about my decision. But, when my order came way earlier than expected, I was really happy.
