Order from online store
I ordered some awesome stuff online and it arrived really fast and in perfect condition. The folks who work there are super friendly and make you feel right at home. It's a little pricey, but that's expected since it's all official merchandise and that kind of stuff always costs a pretty penny. Sometimes the website can be a bit wonky when they release new cool items, though.
Funko Pop Figure
OMG, you guys, I can't believe it! I got this super cool Funko Pop figure from here and it was amazing! But then they gave me this BL cash thingy and I couldn't even use it because they deleted my account! So rude, right?! And their customer service is just terrible, like seriously, stay away from them!
Cool t-shirt and backpack
This place is really cool with all the amazing stuff they have to buy, like shirts and backpacks. But, I've heard that they take ideas from smaller shops, which isn't cool at all. They should be coming up with their own designs instead of copying other people's work. Plus, the quality of their stuff isn't always the greatest, which sucks when you're using your allowance to buy it.
Christmas items
I just got some Christmas stuff for my family, but man, the service was brutal. They said it would arrive by the 18th-20th, but it's now the 24th and I still haven't heard anything. Christmas dinner is coming up, and I got no presents for my kid. I've been refreshing for updates non-stop, but nothing. Now I don't know how to tell my son, who's pumped for his gifts. Definitely not shopping here again.
Funko Pop Vinyl Figure
Oh my goodness, I was so excited to grab this awesome Funko Pop Vinyl Figure, but when I was about to pay, the shipping cost suddenly jumped from $6 to $26! It totally caught me off guard, like, why didn't it show up sooner? And when I tried to back out, they were all like "sorry, no can do" and I was stuck with the crazy expensive shipping. Like, seriously, who does that? Ugh. But after reaching out to customer service, they ended up lowering the shipping cost, so that was pretty nice of them. Still, just a heads up, always double-check that shipping cost before hitting that buy button, alright?
Duplicate orders, missing confirmation emails, difficulty signing in, incorrect phone number, long wait times for customer service.
This online ordering experience has been so frustrating, I can't even believe it. The amount of issues I had trying to place and track my order was insane. First, I got two of the same orders and never got a confirmation email for one. Then, trying to sign in to check my order status was a nightmare because the website just kept saying no to my password. And to top it all off, there was a wrong phone number on my order so reaching customer service was a pain. I was on hold for over 25 minutes and sent two emails, but still no response. It's just not right and so annoying.
Hoodie and T-shirts
I was kind of shocked when I saw a bunch of bad reviews for this shop, but my own experience has actually been pretty good. I've been coming here for a while now and most of the stuff I've bought has been great. I did have one problem with a phone case that didn't fit my iPhone, but they sorted it out super fast. Everything I've ordered has arrived on time and in good shape. Overall, I've got no complaints about this store so far.
Board game in-store pick-up
I just wanted to share my recent experience with an online order I made for a board game at this store for pick-up in-store. I was really looking forward to getting the game, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown. The website kept saying my order was "processing" for a whole month, which was frustrating and made me feel unsure about what was going on. Then, I got an email saying that the item was sold out and my order was getting cancelled.
But get this, when I checked my voicemails from a week before, turns out the order actually arrived at the store just a few days after I placed it! BoxLunch is seriously the best! I gotta tell you, I was super impressed by my shopping experience there. I recently picked up an enamel pin and let me tell you, they have such a cool selection and the prices are unbeatable. The online discounts they have are so great and their rewards program is a sweet perk. I saved a ton of money on my purchase and getting free shipping to the store was just the cherry on top. And the customer service was amazing, the staff were so helpful and really went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal possible. I would totally recommend BoxLunch to anyone into pop culture stuff. It's easily one of my favorite stores to shop at now.

I recently placed an order for a bunch of stuff from this store. I only meant to get one thing, but ended up getting more to qualify for free shipping. I got a message after four days saying the main item I wanted was out of stock. I quickly tried to cancel the order, but they said it was already being shipped and couldn't be canceled. It was super annoying since I wasn't told about the item being out of stock sooner.
Pineapple stitch backpack and wallet
I bought this cute pineapple stitch backpack and matching wallet at the store the other day. At first, I was so happy with my purchase, but then I started using the backpack and the straps started falling apart after just a few times. I was really bummed out about it, especially with how much I spent on them. I don't think I'll be getting any more bags from that store after this.
Purchased an anime-themed hoodie
I went to the store the other day, and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out by the way the staff treated me. It was like they thought they were the bosses or something, and they were totally rude to the customers. They even chewed me out for not wearing my mask properly, which felt way over the top and uncalled for. That kind of attitude is just not cool, and something needs to be done about it right away. I’ll definitely have to think long and hard before going back to that place.
Damaged Funko order
I recently ordered a Funko collectible from this company and the packaging was in really bad shape when it arrived. The box was all beat up, so I got in touch with customer service right away to ask about returning it. They sent me a return label, and I shipped the item back pronto. But it's been weeks now, and still no refund! When I got back in touch with their customer service team, they said my package got lost, even though the tracking number clearly shows it was delivered. This whole deal has been super frustrating and a total waste of time. I'm definitely not going to be buying anything from them again.
Various items
My recent experience with this company has been really frustrating, eh. I ordered a bunch of stuff back in July, and it's almost October now and I still haven't gotten my stuff or my money back. I've reached out to customer service four times, but each time I get different info. One person said my items were refunded, but another said they were on their way. The last person told me my order is still being processed and canceling it will take a long time, even though it was supposed to be done three weeks ago. This kind of incompetence and lack of consistency just ain't right.
return experience
I had a pretty awful experience trying to return stuff to this company. I brought the items back to the store, but they only gave me back half of my cash, which really ticked me off. I didn't feel like spending hours fighting to get the rest of the money that should have been mine. If you're thinking of making a return or anything like that, I'd suggest avoiding this company.
Canceled order online
I've tried ordering from this place several times, but the people working at the store close to me were so rude! And after finally managing to place an order online, I received an email saying it was canceled. Such a waste of time and energy! I won't be shopping here again.
Online order for unique gifts
So, I made a purchase online for some cool gifts recently and I gotta say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The whole ordering process was a real pain, all confusing and stuff, with instructions that didn't make sense and not much choice for customizing. I had a hard time figuring out the website and picking out what I wanted to buy, which made me wonder if this company really cares about their customers. And to top it off, I couldn't even get ahold of customer service when I tried reaching out multiple times. Like, come on, in this day and age, you can't treat your customers like they don't matter. Definitely not a fun shopping trip.

Just had the worst time at our fave store. There's this new worker who was super creepy and gave both me and my grandma major heebie-jeebies. She kept staring at us non-stop, like, so uncomfortable. I normally love going to this store and chatting with the staff, but because of this worker, it's totally ruined for me. Won't be going back there because of her weirdness. It sucks cuz I used to adore shopping there, but now I gotta find a new place to shop at.
