    Duplicate orders, missing confirmation emails, difficulty signing in, incorrect phone number, long wait times for customer service.

    This online ordering experience has been so frustrating, I can't even believe it. The amount of issues I had trying to place and track my order was insane. First, I got two of the same orders and never got a confirmation email for one. Then, trying to sign in to check my order status was a nightmare because the website just kept saying no to my password. And to top it all off, there was a wrong phone number on my order so reaching customer service was a pain. I was on hold for over 25 minutes and sent two emails, but still no response. It's just not right and so annoying.
